Design, develop & customize the Salesforce CRM tool to automate business functionality,
analyze & optimize the salesforce sales, service, health cloud platforms with salesforce tools
and implement apex code, Aura components, Lightning web components to automate the
business functionalities by configure workflows, approval processes, data sharing settings,
platform security settings and customize the flows with process builders, apex triggers.
Participate in backlog grooming sessions to gather functional specifications, business
requirements and design the technical solutions with Salesforce best practices. Follow SDLC
standards with agile, waterfall technologies for timely deliverables. Developing interface pages
with LWC, Aura, visual force components with MVC framework. Integrate the Salesforce cloud
applications with external applications like JAVA, .NET, SQL Servers using web services SOAP API
or REST API. Participate in code governance sessions and help team in technical difficulties,
coordinate with testing team for test strategies. Deploy the developed business logic to various
testing sandboxes & PROD using Auto rabbit, Visual studio Code, GIT using metadata API.
Develop various user permissions, access, data security settings based on profiles, roles, record
types, sharing settings & single sign on settings. Analyze and resolve the defects and help
business users in day-to-day activities. Implement & monitor batch jobs for data flow between
Salesforce, external applications like JAVA, VB.NET, data bases. Optimized SQL queries for
various stored procedures, views, and functions for reports, dashboards. Skills Required:
