SaleForce Lead

Job Responsibilities of SalesForce Lead include:

  • Work as SalesForce Lead for Salesforce implementation project
  • Interact with customer and understand their business requirements
  • Lead technical solutions for business and functional requirements and prioritization
  • Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality
  • Provide multiple solution approaches for the business requirements and submit proposals to the customer
  • Provide high level design of the solution and document them for the offshore team’s development activities
  • Perform hands-on solution design, solution architecture, and proof-of-concept tasks as required in support of current and new projects
  • Help clarify the Q & A activities that the offshore team might have and resolve the requirement questions
  • Facilitate the communication between the customer and the offshore team
  • Maintain and coordinate communication with the key customer contacts throughout multiple projects
  • Act as a technical liaison between offshore development team and key Customer contacts on the project to drive timely resolution of questions
  • Participate in deployment of the application onto Salesforce platform
  • Guide offshore development team to deliver a flexible and scalable solution
  • Create project proposal presentation using Flosum standard project estimation policies.
  • Communicate with external vendors and conduct joint solution review, troubleshooting
  • Educate or Communicate and reference the new salesforce enhancements / features to the Customer

Skill and Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent or appropriate business experience that shows equivalent talent
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce technologies (clouds, offerings, custom development, integration, etc.)
